辽宁启用食品经营许可电子证书 Apr 16th 2019, 00:00, by 人民网 　　近日，辽宁省正式启用并发放食品经营许可电子证书，全省近40万户食品销售、餐饮服务、单位食堂等食品经营单位可通过网上申请，并自行获取电子证书。 　　据介绍，电子证书与印制的食品经营许可证书具有同等法律效力。同时，针对不便于通过网上申请的申请人，各级审批机关仍保留线下（受理大厅）申请渠道。（记者阎红 特约记者邹欣芮）
