山西打造高素质调解团队 Apr 7th 2019, 00:00, by 崔志芳 　　山西省医疗纠纷人民调解委员会近日对百余名调解员进行调解培训，帮助其提升专业技能。今年，山西省医调委还将开展"县乡一体化"风险防范、专项科目风险防范培训以及医疗质量培训。 　　山西省医调委始终坚持"调防结合，以防为主"，将关口前移。去年，山西省医调委推出一系列创新措施，"上门送教，入院巡讲"，分时段、分专业适时组织各医疗机构和医务人员。同时，山西省医调委实施调解受理、调查取证、质证调解、技术评估、达成调解、签署协议、总结、反馈等专业工作法，提高了调解员的调解水平和工作能力。
