"骨髓"捐献不是抽骨髓 Apr 22nd 2019, 00:00, by 人民网 　　很多人认为"骨髓"捐献者会被医生用器械从脊骨中抽取脊髓,事实并非如此。白血病、再生障碍性贫血和淋巴瘤等患者所需要移植的是骨髓中的造血干细胞,主要通过采集外周血造血干细胞这种方式获得。 　　据了解,采集前通常给捐献者注射动员剂,将骨髓血中造血干细胞大量动员到外周血中后。采集时要在捐献者的手臂肘部静脉血管上穿刺,然后通过血细胞分离机提取造血干细胞,将其他血液成分回输捐献者体内。
